"Checked into our room only to find leftover food in the freezer, garbage on the floor and urine drips on the upturned toilet ring. Night staff was very nice and apologetic. Switched us to a new room. It was a little cleaner but left me feeling uncomfortable about the invisible dirt. Never going back there!"

"Room smell like someone has been smoking there. Overall experience was very good. They are friendly, and nice. There is the manager I think, that was so kind. He allowed us to plugged in my husband's breathing concentrator so we can get him in the van. Our journey was to Cleveland to see if my husband can have the lung transplant. That person had made our lives so much easier that day."

"I was looking for a clean reasonably priced place to stay on our way home. Stopped at the Comfort Inn for a room with 2 queen beds. Check in was quick, room was clean but warm as shades were open. Shut curtains and turned on the air and the room was cooled within a few minutes. The pool was clean and enjoyable, however, there was only one pool towel available at the time we were in pool. I would definitely stay at this location again."

"The curtains didn't close. It was super bright in the room by 6am and being that it was all girls on the first floor we could only change in the bathroom. Parts of the ceiling were falling off. The hotel had a strange odor. The showers are lukewarm at best. Not my best hotel stay"

"If you’re looking for five star hotel in a rich part of town, this is not it. But if you’re looking for a place that is not horrible and it’s cheap this is your place. We did not have bedbugs. We had enough towels they were all white but kind of dingy but we can tell they were clean lol. There are some holes in the walls in the ceiling and the carpet is not pleasant leaves a stinky smell in the whole building. The pool was freezing. The kids were shivering, but they still had fun. And overall we had a good time we did not eat the breakfast we left when we woke up but we were able to sleep. We did not have anything happen overnight besides my family has stayed in worse. We travel all the time and we have stayed in motels in the mountains worse than this place. It’s right beside a Gentlemans club, and a gas station. My son had a great time for his birthday and that’s all that matters! You get what you pay for!"
