"A friend of mine had used Winder Flooring, so I thought I would talk with Audra Winder about installing vinyl plank flooring in my home. She was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they could remove my existing ceramic tile and carpet and install the vinyl planks very easily. Audra guided me through the process of picking out the flooring, meeting me at a flooring store twice to help me with my decision. She told me they would start on Monday, September 11, at 8 AM, and she and her crew arrived promptly at 8! Audra told me it would take 2 1/2 days to remove the old ceramic tile and carpet and install the new flooring. She was right! Her crew was finished by noon that Wednesday! Her crew was amazing. They quickly removed the old flooring (cleaning up the mess) and started installing the vinyl planks. They were very polite and kept me informed as to what they were doing. This included trimming the doors, moving the heavy furniture, and installing new baseboards that matched the existing paneling and kitchen cabinets. Every aspect of my flooring installation was done perfectly, with Audra dropping in several times a day to supervise the installation. I whole-heartedly recommend Winder Flooring for all of your flooring needs!"
