"Terrible experience with Ready Set Jump! They were unhelpful and inconsiderate over the phone, and unwilling to help me get my children enrolled. The employees lead me to believe I could enroll, and refused to call me back or follow through with my children’s enrollment. My friend called in and they helped her immediately. This felt very discriminatory and disrespectful. Unimpressed, do not bring your children here!"
