"Today I had called the store looking for a car part I need. the experience, which I recently had tonight was a poor interaction over the phone. The phone call began with an excessive hold time, which was frustrating. A man named Jesus had finally answered the call and seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm to help resolve my issue. Throughout the conversation, the representative appeared to be inattentive and uncooperative, making me feel as if my concerns were not important. One of the main issues during the call was the representative’s lack of knowledge about the company’s products and services. I would also like to take into account the foul language about paraphernalia I overheard when he had put the phone down. I’m assuming he didn’t realize I could still hear him. I hung up and called back!!! Thankfully I got a very nice girl by the name of Shannon and she was much more interested and helpful. She was able to find the part I needed in the matter of a few minutes. This is why I’m giving it 3 stars if it wasn’t for her I would have give. One but I don’t believe one bad apple should ruin the bunch. Thank you Shannon for the great service !"
