"Such sweet staff here! We had a difficult time ordering, thanks to LOUD cars gunning by so no one could hear worth a dang. We ordered a Jr Whopper, BK chicken wrap and a kids meal burger with ketchup and cheese and an upsized order of fries. It was confusing as again, the noise level was awful so they finally had us drive up to window. I'm assuming the sweet girl who helped us was the manager. Appreciated her input so much as it was a vetter method of ordering. But discovered it had mustard and pickles. Luckily we were still in parking lot so drove thru again and they made it right! And everything tasted excellent! We will visit soon again!"

"I have given this fast food place another chance after watching it go from a top notch new BK to a vindictive kitchen crew doing the exact opposite of what a guest requested. BK used to be notorious for giving the guest what they ask for. Now if a special request is given, someone back in the kitchen line feels they should teach the guest a lesson for making a special request. Angered by the quality of my 4 extra crispy bacon cheese burgers once I got home to enjoy them. The person taking my money even told me my order back to me. Why would you put 8 fatty near raw pieces of bacon on 4 sandwiches that were clearly requested to be crispy and well cooked? Lost my trust, lost my business. Do better."
