"I bought a bed 15 months ago and spent a ton of money. I have had to replace the motors and actuators that control the adjustable base on one side which they did warranty for one year. Now the other side has gone out and they are making me pay for the parts and $215 for another company to come and install them. Considering the amount of money that you spend on the bed and they only warranty the internal components that actually run the bed for one year is absolutely ridiculous. They claim that it's another company and they have no control over the warranty policy of the base but we spend enormous amounts of money on these beds and honestly I feel like I got a lemon right now. Well in response to your base. It sucks. Maybe management should consider providing a better product to its customers if they would like to keep them or the manufacturer actually backs their product. I won't ever know because your base and failure to provide any kind of common sense reasoning to the situation will not lead to me buying another one. Hopefully you got a good base in yours at home."

"Be careful when purchasing a bed from sleep number. They speak highly about their refund policy, and that if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of sleep, then you can return everything. What they don’t tell you is they will charge a $249 pick up fee and make you call the 1-800 number where they make it difficult to return anything. I was also told they wouldn’t take the base we purchased back because it was a final bill of sale item. After to talking with other bed companies, they would still take the item back if one was dissatisfied. Overall, the bed has some cool technology, but it felt like an air mattress to us. I think it would have been a better experience if the customer service department/return department would honor their word. Would not recommend them for that reason"

"I actually came from Aaron’s, trying to buy some mattresses, and being completely ignored. I felt as if I was bothering them at the store On Slide. So me and my two sons googled and we found a great place and left super happy! This place was very clean, professional, friendly, and all my questions were clearly explained. The patience on the gentleman that works there was everything.! Not only did he hook us up, but he explained everything and we got two amazing mattresses that go from soft to firm with a touch of a control and controllable on a app and has a great monthly payment with no interest. Must try!"

"**** MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE **** Was not given full disclosure on purchase of the Mattress: while purchasing, I was advised that if we were unhappy with the product, we could return with no problem under 100 nights. They failed to mention that the Sleep Number mattress is a SEPERATE product and company from the base. When you purchase the mattress combo, you are STUCK with the base no matter if you’re unhappy with the mattress-THE BASE IS A FINAL SALE!!! Who in the world would agree to the purchase of a useless base worth over 2000.00$??? When speaking to in-house manager, she advised me that I signed the paperwork, and all information was disclosed even though she was not present. The information WAS NOT disclosed, and the sales rep advised that if we were unhappy, we could return it ALL before 100 nights. Don’t waste your time spending good money on a glorified air mattress. The sleep itself was horrible, we would end up sleeping on the couch or a cheap guest bed. Also, when calling customer service and dealing with sales reps, the customer “service” immediately STOPS when you are trying to return the product. Very unprofessional business, very dishonest business. I recommend Denver Mattress over Sleep Number every time. Do your research and read the reviews (most are paid reviews). This is not a new issue, it has happened to other paying customers. In the end, I should have asked more specific questions and read the whole contract before signing and walking out. I take responsibility for that but the misleading by the Sleep Number Bed company is a complete and total SCAM!!!!!!"
