"I’ve always loved Kirkland’s but after today’s experience I’m not sure I’ll be frequenting there again. I asked for help for a carry out and the guy said absolutely. When he asked the lady she acted like she was totally put out. Then asked where I was parked told me to pull up and she’d meet me out there. She was very rude about it. When I pulled up she was nowhere to be found. She just placed my items by the front door I had 3 large items and was carrying two kids. Her attitude about it was what really made me so upset."
"We placed 2 orders online at the same time and the first one arrived in about 2 weeks. When we went to pick it up, we asked about the second order, the salesman told us they don't have the order detail sheet in the binder which means the item is not received yet. We were asked to wait for the email notification. One week after that, I still did not get the email so I called the customer service to check where was my order. After checking the order and calling the store, the representative told me that my order is ready for pick up. So I went to the store immediately. Unfortunately, even though the order sheet was in the binder, the manager told me that they don't have it and the one who spoke to customer service did not check the inventory when she said "Yes, we have it". And again I was told to wait for the email and the manager claim the rule as "if you did not get the email, that means we don't have it yet". Well, your staff told the customer service that my order is ready for pick up, and now I am the rule breaker? Also the manager explain that there is no check mark on the order sheet which there will be one if they do receive the item. Well, since I was not in hurry, I waited another week. Yesterday, I still did not get the email and my order has been shipped for nearly one month since 09/22/2017. I called the customer service again and explain what happened last time I called. The representative pulled out the note of last calling and sent the case to her supervisor so that the supervisor could call the store again and ask them to check if they did receive the item. I was asked to wait for a call back and I received the call back info about five hours later saying that my order is ready for pick up. The same as last time, no email was received. I went to the store then, order sheet was there, the manager went to inventory looked for it for a while and came back with nothing. The manager apologized and claim that the item was sent to another store. Well done! I am now waiting for the replacement and wish it could be delivered to the right place. At the end of my story, let's see what really happened to my order. Two weeks after I placed that two order, one arrived normally, and the other one was still one its way which is understandable. Three weeks after I placed the order, I checked with customer service, and they checked with "the store"(might be the wrong one but most probably not because the manager told me there is a staff talked to customer service that afternoon) and we both were told that order was ready for pick up. For what ever reason, they had the order sheet in store, but item was not received which was a little weird. Then I was told that item is not received unless I receive the email. Four weeks after I placed the order, the supervisor of customer service call "the store"(might be the wrong one) and was told the order is ready. Once again, nothing was able to be picked up that day. It is really weird and ridiculous that the order sheet was sent to the right store but the item was not. It is more ridiculous that the staff claimed that they had an item ready for pick up which they never received, if the customer service do call the store listed on my order. And if the customer service called the wrong store, what a coincidence happened that the customer service just call the exact wrong store which is not listed on my order but receive my item by mistake. Also, I don't really understand how did the staff in that store check if the order is received without an order sheet which is only received when the item is received (means each order should just have one order sheet that could be sent to store, and my store had it means the wrong one should not have it). I don't know how their system works but it does cause a lot problems. I am waiting for the item to come in and will never purchase through this store again. Even their items are somehow good, their service is too far away from a good one."
