"The White staff there was not helpful at all they let's just be blunt they ignored me completely when I was asking questions to him they were looking at me like I was a total stranger like they could not understand what I was talking about and all I was looking for was couch cushions how hard was that but nobody in that whole store even answered me that would be the last store I would ever go to to look for furniture you're only as good as your customer service is"

"Our over all experience with this place has been horrible, not once but twice. The first time we ordered a sofa bed that we needed pretty quickly. When we ordered it, Jerry told us we would have it in a week. Three weeks went by and nobody even tried contacting us for an update or anything about a delay. When we went in they said it wasn't at the warehouse which is exactly why we chose that specific chair bc we were initially told otherwise when purchasing. However, this situation was corrected by Rhonda as she gave us the one off the floor. At this time, we ordered some couches and Rhonda said they would be here mid May, which we are now end of May. Every time we call, we are told something different and the date has now been pushed back a whole month. Nobody there takes accountability for the situation and feel like we are given the run around every time we call to check on it. Very disappointed!"
