"I couldn’t be happier with my experience. We have been at Primrose Mira Vista for a year and a half now and the teachers and leadership team are all wonderful. My daughter loves going to school everyday, she enjoys filling me in on her day, and she tells me everything she has learned about. I also love being a part of the staff. I love being able to work in the same place where my daughter is."
"Primrose Mira vista has been a wonderful safe place for our family. Both of our children went/go there and we have had a great experience. The staff and teachers are the most amazing and go over and beyond for the kids."
"Primrose Mira vista is a great place to not only work but have my child at. Being here for more than a year I can say it feels like family. My child loves attending and is excited and ready for the day when she gets there. It’s a great welcoming team."
"Primrose at Mira Vista mission is business first and the child second. We were initially drawn to Primrose due to the reputation it had garnered and its curriculum, however, when our toddler began attending we noticed signs concerning to us as parents and decided best to remove him and not introduce his younger sibling to the environment. I would have liked to address the concerns, but the director was cold and disinterested in connecting with us parents. A completely opposite experience with the director from the previous institution our child attended and she has a PhD in childhood development. Coming from a research school/child development center associated with a university program our standards were high to begin with, but we understood those resources, experiences and environment would not be matched. Unfortunately, while attending Primrose our child suddenly began having emotional and physical meltdowns daily at drop offs and a sudden lack of confidence and increase in anxiety when coming home from Primrose. We have since moved to a new learning place and seen a good improvement. Finally, we had an incident before the holidays where we were late to pick up because we were new to the school and not aware of the early closure. The minute I walked into the building, the front office reached for their device, began calculating the penalty cost and without hesitation provided me with an amount due to be paid cash only and to be given the next time our child step foot again at school. No questions were asked or greeting given. It was straight to business. Primrose may work for some, but it did not for us and would not recommend at the moment."
