"I have tried very hard to get my son enrolled. The lady that does enrollment does not speak or write English well at all. She does not understand what is being asked, and can get very rude about it. I will now be trying at another head start. I do not feel comfortable with my son going here when they cannot understand the parents, and are rude. She didn't seem to know what autism was and why I would be referred there. It is very disappointing."

"The waiting list is long (a year for me) but once selected it's great, my son has grown so much over the past few months that he has been there, I was nervous because you hear those horror stories about childcare workers, but I can honestly say I have never had any doubt about leaving my child the ratios are amazing 3 teachers to 8 students in his class his teachers are wonderful and are very attentive to his needs and always include me in his curriculum."

"Always have issues when I'm waiting for the representatives for the waiting list. where I'm on hold for more then 20 mins then I hang up and redial and its the same process.. seriously frustrating!"
