Therefore, no longer a cool spot."

"I called several times. Someone finally answered the phone with a simple "hello?" Not a greeting, not the name of the store. So I asked, "is this North Richland Hills Beer & Wine?", the person on the other end asked "who?". So I repeated myself. Then he answered "yes it is." He said he didn't have the brand wine I was asking about, which is for the best. I would have gone elsewhere anyway. Very unprofessional."
