Walmart Supercenter

"I cannot imagine that there is anyone who has not entered and experienced any given Walmart. Nonetheless, we entered the store to find the usual high level of traffic of shoppers. We easily made our way around the smartly designed wide isles of merchandise finding all that we needed from hair products, to organization aids, to car products, to home lighting. Of course, there are many more departments that we needed not enter, including groceries. The store appeared properly managed and maintained. The only drawback is those darn self checkout stations. You could not find a manned full service checkout. Manned checkouts provide badly needed jobs, and personally, I don't like doing the stores job for them and pay THEM to boot."

"This location has a lot of self checkout stations so not too much of a wait. Aisles are a bit narrower than I like but otherwise this store has a good layout. I wish all Walmart stores had the same layout like they used to. Sure makes it easier to shop at various locations without having to wander around. Maybe it's just me."

"I came here yesterday to get a few items. I of course had to go through self check out because of the lack of cashiers. Checked every item paid, turned around and took 3 steps and blonde lady wearing a black vest stopped me and asked for my receipt. I gave it to her and kept walking. She said “here you go” I replied she could keep it and she then yelled you didn’t pay for one of your items. Leaving a store with unpaid items is considered stealing, so I asked her are you accusing me of stealing she said no as she fiddled with her hand held device to check the receipt. She said are your items the same price I told her I wouldn’t know that’s not my job and your holding my receipt why don’t you do your job and check before accusing me of stealing. She finally figured out that I indeed paid for all my items and could leave. I asked her since we are forced to do their job are we all going to be accused of stealing? She said no everyone is checked when they were not. Don’t hire unintelligent people to accuse your customers of stealing before even doing their job to check."

"Horrible delivery service and assistance. Driver pulls up to end of my driveway and never gets out of car. Online instructions to leave at door. Driver cancelled delivery. Called support. They said I had to reorder everything from scratch. I asked what the rider could not be dispatched again as he was 2 minutes away from my home. Ridiculous customer support Walmart. This alone will cause me to not do Walmart+ again. I needed this done before I have to get to the airport. Thanks a lot Walmart. Horrible experience."
