"This place sucks. There's only one employee for the whole checkout. Everything is self checkout. You can't have more than four bags of groceries at the self checkout. Everyone at self-checkout needs help but the only employee had to go do a price check. Then the manager comes over the speakerphone and tells the employee to come back to self-checkout. Maybe if she came out here and worked instead of having the only employee doing literally everything. Poor Ron! I hope you guys give him an assistant or raise."

"I usually go early in the day. Shelves are usually well stocked and employees are friendly. When going in the evening, some items may not be as we stocked, but employees are friendly. Every early morning that I am there, the floors are being cleaned!!"

"I have shopped at over 20 Kroger stores and this is by far the worst Kroger market store I have ever been to. Store is dirty, employees are rude and disrespectful. I get it you hire younger employees, maybe you need to set standards for your employees. For example maybe train everyone to be kind and friendly to shoppers. I asked an employee if they had gingerbread houses and she responded with attitude “we don’t have any”. I’m glad I did not listen to her because in fact there was gingerbread kit in stock. We love Kroger, very disappointed in how this Kroger is operating I hope they improve or raise their standards."

"No issue with inside the store, but the curbside pickup which we use frequently has not been always a great experience. Substitutions made but not declared, not getting all our items, and smooshed bread are a few examples. Worst experience was last time we had an opened moldy sliced cheese product, pic attached"

"The store is clean and well organized so it appears to be well run. Not the case. Every time I go, which is normally once a week, at least one, and often more, items ring up wrong. Then, I get the same woeful story every time, like its rehearsed. They are understaffed, they pull the tags at night and just don't have time. Its not my job to keep up with tag pulling. Either let me have the items at the shelf price or just take them off, but don't go one about why a job doesn't get done."
