"Hands down the worst customer service I have seen in a store. Was able to find everything I needed but when it came time to check out there was only one lane open understandable since it a new generation and most people do self checkout. With less then 7 items I thought I would be done in less then a minute. I was wrong I needed help with one of my items so I pressed the help button twice to only hear “What Do You Want?” Come from the counter 10 feet away. I informed the lady that ai needed help that’s why I pressed the button when she approached me she began to lecture me about how it was my fault that I couldn’t scan my item. After trying to ask her for help she asked me if I knew the name of the item I began to speak and she said shh and looked at my 9 year old for the answer. This was the most insulting thing I have ever been involved with and my family, friends and I will never return to this location. This lady was the rudest employee I have ever met and I will be calling corporate."

"I absolutely love this store. Prices are great! They have a great selection. Meat, milk, and bread are always fresh. The BIN/BARREL selection is awesome. And their hot chicken dinner meals are cheap and so good. Worth the extra drive. Even the employees are fabulous."

"They need to have more cashiers especially when it's busy aka the weekend 's. The store had plenty of employees I see them all over when shopping. Self checkout is not the answer because that's a limited amount of items you can have."

"Winco has lots of different products like their bulk food, from corn and beans to dried fruit and nuts to lots of different candy. You can find some really good prices, but some of the prices are better elsewhere. The store is clean and the shelves were pretty well stocked shelves. Clean restroom."

"My first time to Winco was 3/6/21 in OKC and we were blown away! When I got home to Texas, I took my neighbor to Winco in NRH. The layout was exactly the same, which was nice! The only difference was that in OKC they took credit cards and in NRH they only took debit cards, cash, check, and WIX (good thing we had cash on us)!! That would be my only complaint! Winco was clean and well laid out … they had amazing produce and tremendous selections in each area, all with name brands and at great prices. One example was that we bought asparagus at Target for $2.99 and the next day the exact same asparagus was $.98 at Winco. Winco is kinda like a Sam’s/Costco but there’s no membership fee … you can buy in bulk but you can choose “how much bulk” you want which I love! It was calm/quiet when we were there but the lady said it’s rare and is usually very busy – we just caught them at a good time/day! Winco is employee owned!"
