"I have been doing online orders for pickup here since COVID. Yesterday I got home and realized I was missing items. I called and spoke to Matt. He verified the missing bags were there. He actually bought the bags to our house personally! Great customer service! Thanks Matt!"
"Today I remembered why I stopped coming here. They don't have enough cashiers nor enough self checkout counters, so the lines are usually long. If you want to use cash, you'll have to wait even longer. Only one of the six checkout counters accepted cash today, which is the deal breaker for me. Paying with cash shouldn't mean that I have to wait six times as long as other customers, so I won't be going to this store again unless I need to. Overall, the store is pretty standard for the working class area that it's in. It's clean, organized and normally well stocked."
"Had a fantastic experience with Laurie in the deli and Manny in the bakery. It’s a small gesture but offering a sample to get the right flavors and cuts is a notch above the rest. Their attention to detail shows they really care about their craft. We had a hell of a time with self-checkout and had to start over after nearly finishing which nearly soured our shopping experience but the super friendly gal with the interesting accent helped us through."
