"I don't believe in wrting negative reviews until I contact the company and give them a chance to make things right. This review is for the service I have received from Prima Supply not the True reach in which is working fine. The reach was delivered and the box was examined for damage and none was found. Not a scratch, dent of tear on the exterior of the packaging. I signed off on the delivery and went back to work. The unit was delivered during a peak period so there was no time to break it down. around 3:00 pm we unboxed the unit and found multiple places that had major dents. I mean major dents that would of destroyed the packaging had they been done in transit. This damage we done at the assembly plant and inspector #7 decided just to ship it out anyway. I called Prima Supply customer service to report the damage and was told that I signed for the delivery and that I am responsible for the damage and that I would need to file a claim with the shipping company for concealed damage. They sent the forms for me to use to file the claim. I now have to get a quote on the repair of the unit before the freight company will even consider my claim."
"As a small business, like working in my living room small, I went to Prima on the recommendation of a friend when I needed to replace some of my equipment. My sales rep, Mike, was super helpful and patient as I made 4-5 stops by with questions before I made my decision. When he was out one of the other reps was always glad to help me. The final price was great, considering it included delivery and hauling away of my old equipment (another co wanted $695 just for that part). Mike was able to direct me to financing and lease options. But the best part was the delivery team. Last time I got equipment from another company they kind of threw it in the door leaving me to try to figure out how to get it in place. The Prima team went so far out of their way to make sure everything was perfect it was unbelievable. They couldn't access my shop with the truck and wheeled everything 1/2 block to get it in. When I tried to help with something the team leader told me today was my day to sit back and relax, they would take care of everything. They cleaned up every last scrap and put everything back where I wanted it (details like 3" to the left please). I can't say enough about how polite and professional these guys were. I would buy from Prima again based solely on that experience."
"This is worst company that I have seen in my whole business life, I ordered ice merchandiser from them on 07/17/17 after 15days one of the representative (Joshua) call me and tell me sorry for delay and gave me refund of $59 and you will get the merchandiser next week , Every week delivery guy come to my store and take the product back because he could not unload it , he went back two times already. Today's date is 08/15/17 it been a month no progress and still going on, Now I'm dealing with representative (Molina) still not fixed it. I will suggest don't even try this company. This $59 is not whole amount it cost me almost 4K it was only partial credit."
"Bought a True refrigerator from them. Nice people, but the unit arrived with damage that I didn't notice until it was installed. Because I didn't note the damage on the trucking receipt, I'm now facing a $1000 bill for a new door, thus negating the $500 saved by buying it online instead of locally. The risk of damage from the cross country, trucking company is very, very high. If you buy from your local restaurant supply house, they will deal with any trucking companies instead of you. Think twice before falling for a discount and buying large, bulky merchandise online."
"In my opinion, this company uses deceptive advertising and I therefore cannot in good conscience recommend that you use them. After having been a repeat customer of this business I asked them to price match a competitor, a practice they proclaim on their website that they will do. I was informed that they would not price match as promised because they claimed their price "Included" shipping. I pointed out that on their site it claims that they offer "free" shipping and that if shipping is truthfully free that it cannot be considered to be a part of the price they are charging. They contend that shipping is a part of or included in the price you pay and at the same time claim it to be free, an impossibility. This is in my opinion deceptive advertising and I will not do business with or recommend a company that does anything I feel is not legit."
