I'm new to vaping and she just straight said I had to buy the whole box. Didn't help with anything. Then when I walked out to try them they didn't fit told me I couldn't get a refund... What a joke. Had to throw away 5 brand new coils in your trash can. Would love management to reach out... Not a good way to treat people."
