"After a change in leadership everything went down hill. When a problem was going on rather than trying to come to a mutual agreement to solve the problem we were pushed away. If you have a child that doesnt meet the standard of child that they want at there center dont even worry about enrolling your child here."
"Our family was discriminated against by the owners Liz and Eddie Rubalcava. We were not treated equally or in accordance to the center's Operational Procedures. Our son was targeted by the owner Liz Rubalcava. We requested meetings with the director and teachers however, the staff wouldn't communicate with us.Our family tried following the policy outlined in the Paradise Learning Center Operational Procedures but we were made to feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and a burden. Our son has an ABA therapist who went to the facility with him and she also felt tension and hostility in how our children were being treated. Our children were banded from the facility by Liz Rubalcava who stated, "we have the right to refuse services.""
