"I have traveled full time, all over the US, for 10 years now. Starbucks has always been my place to relax. That said, ever since nitro cold brew has been introduced the machines are broke 50% of the time. Either they need to learn how to keep this product available or stop offering it all together! I’ve tried reaching out to corporate directly with no resolve. So now… I vow to report my experience at every Starbucks that disappoints me."
"I’m a fan of starbucks and i drink starbucks almost everyday. Today i bought 2 same drinks today for $16.67 today, but the price was so different with the price i bought them yesterday was $14.50. I asked the girl why was that much for the drinks? She said “my coworkers forgot to charge you something in the drink.” I don’t know why i bought the same drinks many times at this place they only charged me $7.25 even thought other places they charged me the same price."

"Super rude didn’t have the sandwich we ordered and waited until after we ordered to tell us which is cool no big I asked for a water before leaving they had a super attitude and told me I had to wait until after they made everyone’s drinks. For a water? Couldn’t get me a water I have to wait 5-10 mins for a water?? Bad customer service"
"The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection."
