"Had it not been for an individual by the name of Angel, my review may have been different. I was asked to wait for my carry-out order, which was understandable given that I was a little bit early. But I would have highly appreciated if my name were called out after waiting the ten minutes. It was only until five minutes later I would realize my pizzas were just sitting there. Forgive me for sounding petty, but to me I felt a level of indifference with some of the staff, because they knew I was waiting there. That was one aspect I did not appreciate. Angel, however, was incredibly kind and welcoming. When I went to the counter to see what was up, he appeared almost instantly asking if I needed any help. Like he really cared. Thank you for your kindness, Angel. Great customer service can really brighten someone’s day."
"10/2023 Good pizza when done right. Customer service comes and goes and is usually staffed with young H.S. kids, turnover seems high. Im sure they keep the best workers! Pizza was good! Always busy. Pizza has been consistent for years, no matter the location you go to. Pro tip: Get your one topping pizza, "well done". Nice and crispy. It's really good that way."
"A takeout order. We placed an order through their website. We were told about 20 minutes. We drove there 20 minutes later, they were just finishing up boxing the pizza. It was a painless and easy experience. The place looked clean and well taken care of. We were just there to pick up our pizza. The X-Large pizza (16") was actually really good, and so were the garlic cheese bread. About $24 for all."
