"The manager was rude, the place was almost empty, we ordered four pizzas and after over an hour, like an hour and a half we still had no pizza and not even an apology from the manager. After going to him twice already to check on the order, I asked for a refund. He was refusing to give me back my money because he said the pizzas were out already and ready and on the table. There was nothing on the table but our drinks. I told him firmly I want my money back for a service that wasn't provided and end of story. He made a face and refund the money and we left to PETER PIPER PIZZA that is always busy ordered and got 8 large pizzas in 20 minutes with 15 drinks and for less."

"The guy name Johnathan, was extremely customer service and best attitude. The place was clean and the salad bar was clean too. We went for lunch and it was awesome since there wasn't any people. Although prices were high I guess overall was great but the price was for 4 was almost $80. Not really a budget place but the workers are awesome and it was worth it. Got tons of tickets and kids were happy, happy to go again."

"Great place to take kids. As soon as you enter there's a person waiting to stamp your arm as well as the kids arms with a unique UV code to prevent the kids to go out by themselves or with other people. When you leave they shine the UV flashlight to reveal that unique code. That's a good safety measure for kids that dare try to leave the building without their parents. Anyway the pizza is delicious. We bought wings and they came with carrots and ranch on the side. You get free refills and if you buy the chucky cheese kids cup, you can bring it back next time and get ur kids a free drink w free refills. We bought the unlimited games for 2 hours and my kids won about 2000 tickets. Trust me that was enough time of unlimited games for 3 kids. We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday. We didn't buy a party package with the restaurant but we did bring in our own cake and Chucky Cheese in full costume came to our table and posed w my daughter for a picture."

"Great place for a children's party or just a family fun day. My grand daughter celebrated her second birthday with a party here. They sell different level packages including one with souvenir cups and 2 hour unlimited game passes for each child. Adults are no charge except for drink cups (you can order food for adults as well) . All drinks are unlimited refills. It's noisy and crowded and has flashing lights... everything kids love. There are games that spit out tickets to exchange for prizes at the prize counter; tickets can be exchanged for everything from tiny plastic toys to games, large stuffed toys, and other toys. The prizes can also be purchased without tickets. They are generous with the tickets. There are rides and photo booths as well. The amusement center is clean, the staff is friendly and fun. They have big tvs that play constantly, music, and even live appearances by Chuck E. Cheese. If you have a party you will have your own host as well as a personalized Chuck appearance. They really make the birthday child feel special. For parties, you can bring your own cake. They are very accommodating."
