"My money was stolen at this location. I placed an online order , was charged, had receipts from both the the app and the bank but was told there was no such order and there was nothing they could do, only that we pay again, even with showing them the receipts. Had to place a claim against them. As of now only the bank has refunded us. Their Corporate is aware of the theft, the refund may take up to a week. Crazy how fast they take the money but how long it is to return when I receive no food or service from them. So one star because I didn't receive food, I didn't receive service and the whole situation ruined the atmosphere."

"Sandra Benson needs to SHUT UP forreals !! I was treated like royalty and was very well pleased with the service. Sandra sounds like an inconsiderate and rude Karen so of course that’s probably why she got treated the way she deserved. You get what you give smh"

"Always have to wait, get food, always short an item, and have to wait for drinks and be treated rude by employees and who thought up the initiative to ask you if you'd like to round up? When you don't, they cheat you an item, getting very ridiculous! What happened to common courtesy, good SERVICE, and good hot food? It used to be about us who make you, remember? So went there again this morning because of convenience and still the same!! Girl at window RUDE, when asked if everything was there, she just responds should be and closes window, then of course shorted my has browns, the Mgr comes to the window to tell me that everything was there and it wasn't, just leaves and the rude girl hands me the bag still shorting us an item again! No wonder it is never busy anymore, Upper maybe caring management needs to clean house!!"

"I ordered breakfast early morning 5:30am. Inside the restaurant expecting fresh morning breakfast. I was served old food hash brown tasted as if it was cooked in cold oil. Sausage was hard and cold disgusting quality all around. Stire manager had horrible attitude saying all the food was fresh, complete joke with how she is serving old cold breakfast in the early morning. I told her if she was to check food temperature on all her food she would fail the log book. She did go check the food and sure enough the cook said that's how the food is everyday when he gets there. She offered me a free meal I turned it down its not about giving food to fix the problem. She definitely need to go back to a Mgr. Training class to fix her problems it start with her she suppose to set the example to the rest. I hope the food she eats today is the same one from the one she tried to serve me. I will never eat at this restaurant again"

"Came on a Tuesday at 6:30pm. There’s is 2 tables of 2 customers and myself and 2 kids, drive thru not busy at all. Place is dirty, floors, tables and fountain drink areas. No napkins available and no large lids available. Asked for water cup and they said they’d look for some but never gave it to me. My son went to ask for water cup but was ignored. He went again about 10 mins later and finally got a cup of water. Glad the play place is now open but the area was a mess too. All tables and floors dirty."
