"Great place to find work ladies up front are very nice I would definitely recommend."
"HORRIBLE business!!!! They claim that they'll help you find a new job, but they don't do anything at all!!! They just give you the run around. I was supposed to be a part of their Vocational Rehabilition Program because of my mental disabilities. Even though the employment rate here in Lubbock is fairly low, they still claimed that they were unable to help me find a job for 6 months because it's a long process. They claimed that they would provide 15 free counseling sessions, but they didn't even bother to begin to set that up until after 5 months of me being unemployed. They don't care how long you're unemployed, they don't care about you possibly being evicted from your home because you can't afford to pay rent. Or your utilities being turned off because you can't afford to pay them either. They refuse to help you with your rent and bills while you're waiting FOREVER for them to maybe help you find another job. They also claim that if you've used their services in the past, but haven't followed through, in other words, you found a job on your own, they claim that they'll punish you for finding a job on your own by refusing to help you find a job again in the future. This is a MAJOR LIE!!!! And besides, right now I don't care!!!!! They are completely pointless!!!! I decided to talk with the people at the Good Will Career Center one day. Ended up having an unexpected interview the next day and I got the job. So, I would HIGHLY recommend them, even though they didn't have much of a chance to help me find a job, after talking with one of their career coaches, I felt like I had more confidence, which helped me get the job. Workforces Solutions is COMPLETELY POINTLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"The ladies there are really cool my worker my counselor I could say from that place Victoria was the best it was nothing but effort and extra from her and I appreciate it every aspect thank you very much Victoria you're an awesome person and a hard worker and I appreciate that cuz it helped me out a lot"
"No matter where you go, if it's a government agency every single person is miserable, every single person is mean, every single person has no compassion. No one has an ounce of kindness in their voice. This place was no different. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you need to project it to everyone that walks through the door. You have no idea what the person walking through the door is going through, why they're in your office. You never know if you're the straw that's going to break that camel's back. I hope I never have to come back in this establishment."
