"Terrible experience every-time I go, they always find a way to mess something up. Never give me sauces, forget entire entrees, and now they have a whole other line in the drive thru for mobile orders. I get that mobile orders are increasing nowadays but to completely take out a drive thru lane for the public is insane. The mobile order line is always empty. What A Joke"

"The WORST chicfila in Lubbock. The last 3 times my order has been completely messed up. When I called I was told “you are welcome to come back and purchase another meal” after THEIR mess up. Will never return to this chifila, management is all over the place and employees are rude."

"Do not I repeat do not go to this location! The staff is very rude and all the Students who work there have no Clue what they are doing and ask manager for everything! I had a simple request that could not be filled! It has been done several times at several different locations however this manager named Liz refused to make my father happy! This is the second time I’ve had an incident happen at this location! I will not be returning! And Corporate will be hearing from me!"

"One of the best places and stores in Lubbock. The employees were super polite. We ordered our food and I really wanted a coffee before we headed back home a couple of hours away. The person taking the order said he would check if they had fresh coffee and if not they would make it fresh. That was awesome and we were grateful for that outstanding service. When we are back in Lubbock we’ll definitely hit that one store up for sure."
