"We currently have a 4 and 6 year old who have attended various child care centers throughout the area while growing up. A NEW WORLD LEARNING CENTER is absolutely the best center we have attended. Facility – the first thing you notice is how clean the center is. There are plenty of appropriate decorations and learning aids throughout each room. The kid’s bathrooms are so cute, clean and easy for kids to use. the center’s rugs in the classroom are very clean. Play – My 4 year old actually gets upset with me when I pick her up too early and she doesn’t get enough play time with her friends. Staff – By far the most important part of every center is its Staff. We have been to places where every 4 weeks there is a new staff member teaching our kids because they were either fired, let go or they quit the previous day without little notice to parents. Every center will have turnover but A New World Learning Center seems to have the same staff since we started. I can only imagine how stressful it must be taking care of so many of other people’s children each day. A New World Learning Center staff REALLY do seem to care, not making that up. I wouldn’t write it if it wasn’t true. Director – Wow! She is great.Diana is there every day before we get there and after we pick up the kids in the evening. I don’t know how she has the energy. She knows everything, fills in when needed in each room. Keep up the good work. We highly recommend A New World Learning Center and think you will be happy with your children attending."

"I am very satisfied with this daycare. My children love their teachers. They are caring and compassionate. I also found their education program efficient and complete for toddlers and preschoolers. The management is always responding and caring as well. Their extended hours in workdays and weekends are very helpful to busy families. I recommend this learning center a lot."

"My children have been attending to this daycare for about 2 years. The staff are friendly and experienced. They have a perfect education program for toddlers and preschoolers. I am satisfied with on-time well check that they remind me all the time. The manager is always caring and responsive and try to enhance the education program, food and communication. Highly recommended!"

"When I first toured the facility)took 5 days to schedule a tour) I thought it would be good to give him structured environment. All the kids were well behaved, even the little ones. It actually looked and felt like a boot camp. The director was never accessible and stated if there was an issue that appointments would have to be made. Even if I wanted to drop by unannounced that she would like to be notified prior to me coming over cause she was real busy. The director worked as a cook as well & was always rushed. Communication was lacking about how progress was going until he got kicked out, the first time. They have no training on how to deal with inappropriate child behavior and absolutely no tolerance. So if you’re child is well behaved and is perfect, this “boot camp” is right for you’re perfect child. In addition, I did not see other black children except my son. I’m not trying to play the “race” card but it’s not normal not to have children of different ethnicities especially in a day care center. Some of the aides were very rude and especially the director. The aides did not smile much and appeared to be there only for a paycheck. I was also told this when I’d have someone else pick him up. My son did not like going which was never a problem. Now, he enjoys going to daycare with people who are genuinely nice, caring and are well trained on child development. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a younger child"
