"Be my wife purchased a dining room set they delivered it it was nice but one of the chairs had a bad leg on it and no floor protector of course the nail was sticking out and it scratched her newly finished hardwood floors we have called and called and no response they come and fix the chair but no word on the floor so I'm not very pleased with that"

"We ordered three rooms of furniture from Macy's in May 2021. One room (Bedroom set) was delivered within a few months with no issues. However, the other two rooms (sectional and 8 chair dining room set) have been pushed back 6 times . Each time we were told a similar story with the same results. All of your pieces haven't been received, so we have to push your order back. We ultimately cancelled both orders because we lost all trust in Macy's ability to actually deliver all the products promised. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with the purchase of any product. Macy's prices are competitive with a nice selection. Buyer Beware that there is a good likelihood that your products will not be delivered by the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd dates you are given."

"Actually, I never bought anything from Macy’s. But, I am sure they are top rate. Someone was trying to buy mattresses in my name. Watch out people!!!!! Keep a good eye out on your accounts. The scams will gladly make you a account. Macy’s were great in helping me with the situation."
