"Nice crew and decent selection. Just wish they’d throw me a bone sometimes and give me something allocated. I’m not high enough up on the list to get a call and it’s just a timing thing to walk in at the right moment. The crew do try to help, but they can’t make more product out of thin air. The disadvantage of this location is that they service the restaurants, so most of the good stuff goes to wholesale accounts. I did get a bottle of EH Taylor one time. That was nice."

"Good selection, bogus 10% credit card upcharge. Merchant fees are part of doing business (and we know firsthand from our own business that NONE if them charge a 4% or 5% fee, let alone a 10% fee.....geesh). Unless you really need something unique or hard to find, not worth it."

The only complain I had was that after searching the store for about an hour and found all the things I was looking for, they told me that my ID wouldn't scan and I wasn't able to buy anything after wasting an hour of my time when I had a perfectly legal and valid ID."

"Went on 11/15/23 at 8:48 p.m.. Found what I wanted and then went to check-out. The only available cashier at the time was focused on her phone and did not notice me. So moved around till she finally noticed me. To make a long story short….ONE OF THE RUDEST AND DISRESPECTFUL interactions I have had in my lifetime (I am 58.) This girl just didn’t give a “#%^€” about me. Apparently she didn’t get the MEMO about respecting your elders or anyone. I left astonished that this person would be allowed to work around people. Not a “HELLO” or “ THANK YOU” or “EYE CONTACT.” Spec’s has definitely lost my business and believe me I am going to tell EVERYONE I know about the disrespect that I was shown."
