"I pass by Phillip’s almost every day but had never given them a try until recently. I will be back. I ordered meatloaf but unfortunately, they were out. I was looking at the menu and the friendly worker behind the counter suggested “Country Fried Steak”. I decided to give it and it was delicious. The portion size was huge, especially in comparison to the cost of the meal. I had read reviews that it was unclean, but it looked fine too me. They are just in an older building and need some aesthetic updates. I wasn’t a fan of the garlic bread because it was too garlicky for me. That is personal preference though. Everyone working was super friendly."

"This little hole in the wall joint, is the place to be! They had a guy outside who told us about it and we decided to give it a try. Fresh made to order food, very fair pricing I had a hotdogs with chili, & cheese & some Mac n cheese, my husband had the catfish sandwich. Very friendly staff, and great food I will definitely come back and try something else from their large menu! Skip the chain restaurants and give them a try!!!"
