"I am extremely dissatisfied and will not return to this store! Last week, I purchased a king-size mattress and received a store credit for any item of my choice. Opting for two king-size pillows, I visited the warehouse to collect them, only to discover they were standard size. Upon contacting the store for an exchange, I was directed to return in person. When I arrived, the customer service staff mocked me, making me feel incompetent for requesting a correction. This behavior is unacceptable; customer service should be respectful and helpful. I left the store feeling incredibly uncomfortable, with the standard size pillows I didn't want. I am thoroughly disappointed and have no intention of patronizing this store again after this experience."

"We worked with Josh. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me 3 options right away. We purchased the same day, and he wasn't pushy about extra add on fees. Good work Josh. We bought the 3 year protection for punctures and stains for $120 extra"
