"This was my daughter’s first experience with daycare. We started her just before her 2nd birthday and could honestly, not be more impressed. Her teachers are so loving and patient! She has learned so much and is always doing music, gym, art, etc. We honestly love it here and are so grateful to be a part of this institution."
"This would be a 5-star review if it wasn’t for their Covid-19 policy. The administrators and teachers are amazing. Everything about this place is amazing EXCEPT their COVID-19 policies. If you want to pay full price for daycare that your child can only attend 75% of the school year, this is the place for you. With each positive case they are quarantining the whole class for up to a week. This happens often. On top of that they are mixing classes, so 1 positive case ends up causing multiple classes to have to quarantine. This creates a hard financial burden on all these parents that have to pay for a daycare they can’t attend, and then pay for babysitters. Again the staff here is Amazing. We love this place. We are sad to go, but their Covid-19 policy is not sustainable."
"My daughter absolutely loves Cliff Temple. She gets so excited when we walk in, and has loved her teachers as well in the Infant and Toddler rooms! Wonderful daycare."
"I pulled my son out of this facility because teachers had been pulling ears of children as punishment in a 3’s classroom. There was nothing communicated about this internal investigation but it was reported when parents found out. Since I had witnessed my son not happy here we left. Others have had great experience but my child wasn’t happy - he had this scared look on his face so I knew it was not the right place for him. The director was new and didn’t seem like she had a good handle on things but that was two years ago. I would just be aware and make sure your child is happy. Their communication was not good and the teachers did not seem happy. Not the right place for us. But again, others have had great experiences."
"I’ve been so impressed with this place. My son has been here for 3 years. The staff and teachers are incredibly friendly and professional. They host a variety of community events for families and private events for the families of child care center. Just the other morning I was able to enjoy “muffins with Mom” for Mother’s day. The event was from 7-9am so I was able to enjoy a muffin with my son before heading off to work. They also provide the children with cereal for breakfast each morning, although you are welcome to bring your own and on Fridays, they offer a pizza and fruit meal for $5. Ms. Lauren the director is friendly and accommodating and always eager to answer any questions or concerns. If you’ve got a toddler, Ms. Maria is the teacher you want. She’s great with children and does well to understand the needs and personality of each child. Mrs Brenda, Ms. Rochell, Ms. Aurelia, and Ms. Roshanda are all all well experienced and loving teachers. I’m so glad to have found this place. They offer chapel once a week, a special new curriculum, indoor gym, music, art, and outdoor playground. If you aren’t big on religion it’s still a really great school. They aren’t pushy or overbearing in any way with their teaching. We’ve been to OCBF, Casa de Paz, and a few home care centers and this is by far the best childcare I’ve found in Oak Cliff"
