"Not too crowded. Good environment and the parents can relax. The only thing that is slow is the check in process. The staff was great and friendly. I did not like that we only had 15 minutes to decorate but the contract says 30 minutes before."

"Had my baby’s first birthday here. We loved going to kids empire but would not recommend purchasing a package for a party. We purchased a kids meal package and there were key items missing. First was the cake, we expected a cake since it was included in the package and they even verified what flavor cake we wanted. Then the kids snack boxes… never got them."
"My littles loved it. This is for children. If I could guess 10 yrs and under? I stayed for about 4hrs because why not lol. They have drinks and chips. Shoes off for everyone. Parents can go in and help their kiddos."
"This spot is a paradise for children. You can celebrate children's birthday parties here or just come for a day of fun. Adults get on free with the admission of children. Be prepared to take off your shoes at the door. I did not know that was a requirement prior to arriving. I imagine the no shoe policy is due to the bounce/play areas. I would definitely recommend having your socks."
