"Had the worst experience with the Optometrist. She has one hell of an ego. No matter what concerns you have about the exam results, she brushes it off because you’re “wrong” either way. If you insist on having it redone, she’ll give you an attitude about it the whole time. Not just this location but also at Music City Mall over at Lewisville. The doctors are on some kind of ego trip. They made me feel so uncomfortable and even talked down on me saying “..your current glasses must be from china or something “ I was so taken aback by this comment. I couldn’t process what they had just told me at the time, I wish I could have stood up for myself. They blew things out of proportion, had me running back and forth and waiting for MONTHS for my things to process. A waste of time and money. Safe to say that I’ll never be coming back to this establishment ever again. Absolutely horrid."

"Michael answered the phone at the optometrist’s office to help me see if my contact lens prescription was still valid, and it was thankfully, and he personally walked it over to the visionworks store next door to have someone there call me with all my information and help me order my contacts over the phone in no time! Best service ever, will always come here for eye exams/contacts!"
