I was boiling, and out of spite, I was determined to fix it myself. I finally found open-to-public HVAC parts and made the drive from Denton, and they sold me all the parts to rebuild my system. The place was excellent."

"Chrystal is a wizard ! Chrystal knows her stuff. Twice now I have had an AC issue and Chrystal knew exactly what to do. In fact they all do at Open to Public. I called in, described what I thought was the problem, "an unbalanced blower", and the guy on the phone said it was probably the wheel. He also said bring in the blower and they would put on the new wheel for me, free. "Sometimes they get sticky and are hard to get off". So, I brought it in. Chrystal agreed it was the wheel. She could see it just by looking. I told you She's a wizard. She also tested the capacitor and it was clearly getting weak. She showed me the readings. 6.8 out of 10. Even I know it was going to die next. I'm handy, they are experienced, have the parts, and are reasonably priced. A winning combination and it has saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend them."

"Stopped by the store to buy some parts. Great customer service! Jasmine and Chrystal were great help finding the parts we needed with correct specs and everything. Blower motor was luckily in stock and cheaper than other suppliers. Small repair on broken Heater string/coils kit was done in a quick 30 mins. Definitely saved us from Texas winter nights! "Good store but they refuse to answer their phones. EDIT as Reply: I understand everything you have said as I own a service based business with around 50 employees. Waiting on hold for around 45 minutes and then giving up because your staff will not work in phone calls is not excusable in any way. You work customers in as they come, including customers that call. If you let customers sit on hold for 45 minutes with no end in sight without ever once picking up the phone, then its being done wrong. Perhaps an apology would be better instead of a passive aggressive reply."
