"Review based solely on material pick, way too slow! They need to improve their process where the fork lifts load jobs and not have to pull the jobs themselves. They need a better job pull process. Spent 2.5 hours to pick up an order placed the previous day. It should be pulled and ready to load when customer arrives."

As a professional contractor who spends 10's of thousands in lumber per year I could not believe it when they told me that there were absolutely no returns on cedar 6x12 for warpage or cracks. Not only do they not return damaged materials but they also do not allow customers to choose or inspect their materials prior to pickup. Upon delivery, we had a damaged board, which didn’t seem unreasonable for a large order, and they were very quick to make it right and delivered a new one quickly as not to put the job behind.
