"I must say, I'm very surprised that I received the BEST SERVICE of any of my travel Hiltons. Sherri was amazing and kind! I didn't make it in on my first night for missed travel. Sherri had thought I was there because I usually digitally check in using the app to pick my own room. Well, Sherri text me to welcome me. When I mentioned I wouldn't actually be there that evening, she and Tracie, were very kind and efficient to take care of my situation and make everything fair for me. Thanks very much, I will come here when in Burleson."

"Hate to leave a bad review. Legitimately, the worst bed I can remember, just way too hard with no support. Both the wife and I woke up with horrible back pain (area between the shoulder blades). A sleeping bag on padded carpet would have worked out better. Going to have to avoid Hampton in the future if they use the same supplier in all of their hotels. Which is very unfortunate because the amenities are amazing. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. We weren't a fan of the breakfast but everyone has different preferences. It got the job done."

"Homes in the area were without power and most hotels in the area were fully booked. We were received by friendly staff & accommodated for the night in a very large, clean & comfortable room with safe, microwave, coffee bar, pullout bed (which was terrible, unstable & noisy, but worked nonetheless. It was a nice stay."

"Being gor 3 days I received no housekeeping in spite they did service other rooms. Maybe because I was not in my room during the time. ROOM was clean and had plenty space. Breakfast was NOT the best I have seen."

"The staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The hotel and room were very clean. The gym equipment looked new and was great to work out in. The free breakfast was great. It was the first time I had an egg white frittata at a free breakfast. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit to the area."
