"Kathy was ours salesperson. We stopped in on Sunday and she asked us a bunch of questions and directed use to the 2000 series. We tried it and loved it but wanted to try some of the others. I told her that I'm going to shop around but I'll let her know. She was nice and no pressure. I called her two days later and purchased the 2000 series king with adjustable base. Kathy knows her stuff :)"
