"My husband just picked up our two medium pizza’s and evidently the cashier handed him a receipt and told him to sign and tip. Tip?! For a carry out service? You need a tip for handing over two boxes of pizza? The tipping culture in this country has gotten out of control and it’s definitely off putting. We don’t deliver anymore because it’s expensive to pay for a delivery fee AND a tip! Everything is expensive right now and we’re in the middle of a recession. For carry out, stop asking for a tip."

"They make some of the absolute worst pizza I have been had. Abysmal taste and toppings and cheese were so sparce they only covered about 50% of the actual pizza. Each slice had maybe 2 bites where you got actual pizza toppings and the red was undercooked pizza dough and burned pizza sauce. Just absolutely terrible taste and presentation. Also they forgot all the sauces we paid for."

"We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and an 8 piece boneless wings. Tell me, how many wings do you count. Because I didn't know that crumbs counted as wings. Very disappointed."

"This was the absolute worst experience ordering pizza in my entire life. Crystal the gm had an opportunity to make it right, but she doesn't possess basic customer service skills and should not be in charge of that store. My order was messed up at every turn in the process and I still tipped the delivery driver $40. They even gave my pizza to another group that had a similar order near by. The delivery driver had to turn around and get my order from them. There was a mistake and they didn't bring any of the sauces and the delivery driver said he would be right back...he never came back even after me calling several times. I called Crystal the next day to take the $40 off so it is a $0 tip since the driver refused to bring the sauces from the store to our location. She continued to raise her voice at me and tell me how wrong I was. Unbelievable! Stay away from this store!!! You have been warned."
