"My family and I went to chipotle and ordered four bowls. The chicken was burnt. It was uneatable. We asked the staff to remake one of the bowls with fresh chicken was told that the chicken in the front was fresh they remade the bowl it tasted the same burnt what a waste of $60."
"I’ve never been to a chipotle that gives you smaller portion sizes. They’ll give you half a scoop of chicken and rice and when you ask to get anymore they’ll barely give you anything and then still charge you double. Going to start driving to another location because this is getting ridiculous."
"This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. I will never go back. This location needs to be shut down, they cannot even function properly. Orders are always messed up. It’s ridiculous; so much so that it’s laughable. I live 30 mins away so going back to get my order fixed isn’t an option, and I shouldn’t have to check my food before leaving. The most frustrating part is when you try and call to get a refund or chat with pepper, they never refund your money. You just get coupons for free stuff. I don’t know about y’all but I don’t have $ to throw around. I want what I pay for."
"Sadly I hate to say it Chipotle has slowly become terrible. Ordered via the app only to get the food cold and the smallest portion I have ever received. Half of the bowl was missing??? Not worth $16 for not even a full order... Contacted the support team and they gave me a BOGO for my next order. Not a bad resolution but just wanted to show my experience here. Hopefully they improve I will update if they do soon."
"Normally, this location is fine but the last few times I’ve ordered through the app, they forget my guacamole. This past time, they gave me the smallest portion of veggies, forgot the guacamole, and the chips were so chewy, I couldn’t eat them. Definitely disappointed!"
