"This hotel has a worn out feel. One of the two elevators, kind of, worked. A little scary to get in and press the control buttons. The shower was kind of ok. Our stay was ok but for the price I don't feel good about it."

"This is a standard business traveling hotel. The hotel is nice and everything is clean. The staff were really friendly. A word of note, it is right next to I 35, if you are a light sleeper, there is some traffic noise."

"Spacious king room. Fridge, coffee/tea machine, sofa plus table area, wide entrance corridor, standalone closet, comfortable bed and pillows, soft new sheets, clean, semi modern bathroom except shower is bathtub style, well litted room. Tons of usb outlets around the room but very few of them worked which is weird. Next to the bedside table, only one usb outlet functioned. The reason I gave a 2 star for location and 2 star for room is I kept waking up to noise above me….sounded like someone was pacing around and pounding their shoes throughout the entire night. You can also hear the humming of trucks passing by. The parking lot is well lit and feels safe. My ac/heater unit never turned on which didn’t bother me all that much but it felt safe. Checkin mam was helpful and friendly. Efficient as I checked in around 10pm. Rm#314"

"Hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was great, but the room we were in (room 311) had cooling issues that were never properly addressed, and the room was very humid, to the point of dripping condensation on the window. It's an alright hotel, but for over $200 a night(at the time we stayed here) after fees, I don't think I'll ever stay here again. I regret not trying one of the 2 other(cheaper) options right next door after the AC wasn't addressed. It would have been a pain to move hotels with a family, but in hindsight would have been better than completing our stay in an uncomfortably warm room in the middle of November."

"This is 100% the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless and large but the headliner was the staff. Every single employee from maintenance to manager was so accommodating, friendly, professional, and made it their mission to remember us as if we were the only guests. Everyone in our party of 11 commented at some point on how fantastic the staff was. STAY HERE if you’re in Denton!"
