"I have done 3 birthday parties here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The party package is amazing for the birthday child. Pizza is always great and the price is worth the party!"

"Took the two grandkids to spend some time with them today. Had a great time. The greeter at the door stamped myself and both kids as is their policy to prevent someone walking off with a little one. The adult must have a matching black light stamp in order to leave the facility. Staff availability was difficult. I had to ask the door greeter twice to find someone to manage the register or the ticket claim booth. Both times it took several minutes for someone to appear from the back. The experience isn't cheap by any means but the kids love it! The pizza isn't bad and the salad bar is even better. They do provide adult beverages on tap if desired but I didn't observe anyone drinking one. It's relatively safe to let the younguns have free reign. I found I spent my time moving around the room between the two of them and observing their fun. Restrooms are clean and hand sanitizers stationed throughout the game room. The dad of my 5 year old granddaughter showed up to pick her up and they walked out the door together. I observed that the greeter allowed them out without checking for the afore mentioned stamp. When I confronted him about it he simply stated they they appeared to know each other as they were in conversation together. I quickly explained that this was not acceptable practice and he apologized. Management should address this as it is a serious issue. All in all, a great time, the kids had fun and we quickly killed a couple hours."

"My son wanted to go here with his daddy on daddy's birthday. It is too expensive for what you get. They were out of sweet tea, but did correct it when I asked. Some of the games are too tall for small children. A $12.00 pizza cost me $32.00. The ticket accumulation is much too slow. Dave and Busters is much better. I'm giving 1 extra star because the atmosphere does seem family friendly for parents with small children. It is a one and done for me. Again too expensive without too many games and ticket accumulation is way too slow. The pizza was mediocre at best and the salad bar should be $2.99 to a maximum of $3.99. Not $10.99 like I was charged. I won't be back."
