Whataburger

"Workers scratching their heads, picking up food off the floor then touching food without washing their hands. They had gloves on, but didn't change them either. Lots of staff, but only a few actually doing work. It's obvious management has no clue how to run their crew. Drive-thru backed up very badly. Managers there, but hiding in the back. It was so disorganized and dysfunctional that a worker was on their break, ordered some food and her break was over before she got her own food...sad."

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! When I pulled into the drive thru, there was only ONE car ahead of me and none behind me. From the moment I ordered my food, I waited 20 minutes for it to come out. What made it even worse was that the manager was incredibly rude."

"Went through the drive-thru for lunch this week and there was a delightful woman at the woman. She was so nice and sweet to us. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. And as expected, the food was delicious as always."

"This is a very nice store, very clean and well maintained. It's kind of hard to see because it's right next to a gas station that's on the corner, and it's a very high traffic area. The staff is very nice and polite. The restaurant iser is very clean. The restrooms stay locked with a key pad on the door. It was not very crowded as you can see from the pictures of the parking lot and inside, there were at least 4 or 5 different tables with people. I placed my order online and then came in to pick it up. I waited until I was about 6 minutes away from the place. When I arrived there and went inside, I had to wait one additional minute and my food was ready. So very fast, and it was timed to perfectly."
