"We went on a road trip and stopped to eat here. We got orange chicken, which tasted good, but you could tell it was old. It was soft, not crispy. We got the Chile Crisp shrimp, and we had to wait for it, so it was fresh and delicious. We also ordered the walnut shrimp. It was old as well but tasted good. We ordered the black pepper chicken and teriyaki chicken, and both were delicious. We got fried rice, which was good, the chow mein was bomb. We got our little one a kids meal with chicken and noodles. We got the applie pie roll rollups for desert, those was bomb too. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. The staff was friendly but did not smile, we was thanked for our order, the wait was less than 10 minutes. The crew looked short staffed and maybe frustrated. They all did well, and we appreciate them for making us our food."
"Customer service has been falling off recently. From getting the order wrong to getting upset for asking for extra hot sauce and chopsticks."
"Hardest fried rice I ever ate at Panda Express, it was like almost dry rice, people with weak teeth will have problem eating, serving was pretty slow despite not too many waiting,"
"I've been coming here for the better part of a decade, and unfortunately that will probably change. I stopped by today, it was not busy, I was the only one in line. Lots of food looked left out for a very long time. Each entree was one small scoop, so you got maybe 5 tiny pieces of meat in each. The noodles were mostly cabbage, flavorless and mushy. This was almost $15 with no drink. The takeout box has gotten literally a third smaller than it used to be. Sadly, greed and apathy has ruined this brand."
