"After having confirming online that a previous Lowe’s location had Walrus cutting board oil in stock only to arrive at the store to be told it wasn’t in stock, I looked on line to determine whether this location had the product. After confirming online, I called the store only to be transferred with no pickup several times. After being transferred back to the main line I asked for that associate to confirm that they had the product in store. I was told that they did have the product in store and asked the location. The associate said it was in the Garden Center. Since this product is usually carried in the paint section, I asked the associate were they sure and informed them that it should be in the paint department. The associate confirmed. I arrived at the store and did not find the product in either location. U then went to the returns and customer service desk. Even though there were 4 to five associates standing around the desk they did not offer to help and I waited 5 minutes to speak to a return cashier while the extra associates stood and visited among themselves. The associate helping me could not find it easily. Then the adjacent associate said it was in the paint section and she would come help me find it. I walked about twenty yards into the paint stain isle still within visual eye shot from the customer service associates and no one come helped to find it. The associates at this location gave me wrong information about the product being in stock and were not interested in providing helpful service and were more interested in talking to each other. I would not have driven several miles to this location had I known the product was not in stock. This store needs extra training and focus on providing help and appropriate customer service. This was a terrible experience."

"Been here a few times, open late which was helpful and offered other alternatives for circuit breakers. Employees were helpful. Been here before looking for patio furniture and gardening supplies, easy to find. Just wish they had Milwaukee and better lumber options."

"Went to Lowe’s figuring I would spend $500+ this evening on a convection microwave. I entered and proceeded to the appliance section. I passed a group of SIX employees walking together. Two greeted me. None asked me if they could help as I passed by headed to the appliance section of the store. Not one employee back in that area. I walked around looking for someone. Nobody. I get that staffing is a challenge but not 1 of the 6 workers asked what I needed. Lowe’s Manager…you can do better. I will take my business elsewhere."

"My son and I were hoping to complete a simple project to add support to his King Size Bed Frame. After failing to get the help we needed at another location, I called my local store. I reached the Lumber Supervisor, Dana, by phone. I explained what we needed, and she said to ask for her when we came to the store. She was there to help as promised. She gave us input on the project, helped us select the proper materials, and even cut the lumber to our specifications. She was knowledgeable, very friendly, and most helpful. We could not have been more pleased. I spent my entire career in Customer Service, and I believe I can recognize when someone is really trying to deliver what is needed. It is missing way too much in today’s Service Providers, and I hope Lowes will recognize the truly valuable asset they have with Dana on their team."

"This is the closest location to my house about a 6 minute drive. When I need to get tool or anything related to related to my Junk removal and light landscaping business I come here. If you are here in the am and need help with tools/hardware look for Jim he’s great and very knowledgeable!"
