"I've been able to find just about everything I've needed when I've done some home improvement projects with plumbing, painting, yard work, fencing, and more. Lots of quality tools and equipment to choose from. A lot of the same, experienced employees have worked here a long time. They are super nice and helpful. My kids really enjoy the Kids Workshops. The ladies that handle the workshops are great with kids! When it comes to fence wood, they often have a lot of crooked planks that really can't be used. You have to sift through the piles to get good pieces."
"The store itself is fine, clean, friendly staff, well stocked. The problem that I have with this location is every time I order something ahead of time for curbside pickup or pick up inside, there's always a delay. Either they haven't pulled the materials even though my email says my order is ready for pickup. Or something got missed and they have to go in and find it. The whole point of curbside pickup or ordering ahead in general is to save time! That's the exact opposite of what happens when I go to this location."
"Paint department people here are racist. They only smile and talk nicely to white people. My experience of 3 years seeing them talk to people. Home depot has no shame. Never order anything online!! They will just keep pushing the delivery date and never deliver."
"Seriously guys, how do you expect anybody to purchase anything here? So many of the aisles in the store were not accessible due to pallets being dropped in the middle of the floor. They don’t even honor price matches on their own merchandise. Lots of excuses though. Customers lost."
"Very friendly employees at the customer service desk. I came in on a busy Friday evening looking to buy a grill. Bob was friendly and patient as he let me measure the box and then go out and measure my car to ensure it would fit. The gentleman who used the lift to get the box down from high on the shelf was also nice, but I did not catch his name. They were busy dealing with many customers but seemed to help everyone in a timely manner! The grill was discounted in store from the online price as an end of season sale."
