"Super customer service, fair prices. They could be charging 4x or 5x more for special replacement parts but they dont. If you own a travel trailer and need hard to find or impossible to find plumbing parts and lines, this is the only place in the entire country that may carry it. In the photos you'll see I busted a line and the fitting failed. I hooked my trailer up at a State Park with too much water pressure and my pressure protection valve failed, with the fitting failing right after. I needed to replace the 1/2"x1/2"x20" flex line riser. I went everywhere, until I ended up calling the manufacturer in Chicago. They told me R&G is the only business in the U.S. that carries that exact part. Whats the odds they are only 2 miles from my house? I called thinking it was going to be $50-$100 for it and they sold it to me for $5.33. Like I said they could be making them up to what ever price they want but dont. Save yourself some time and forget home depot and Lowes they couldn't even make a stack up of parts to get me what I needed. LET ME ALSO SAY I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE HUSTLE THESE GUYS HAD, THERE WAS NO STROLLING AROUND LIKE THEY ARE IN A PARK. THEY WERE HARD AT IT. IF A PHONE WAS RINGING AND ALL THE SALES STAFF HAD CUSTOMERS, SOMEONE IN THE SIDE OFFICES WAS ACTUALLY RUNNING INTO THE SALES AREA TO PICK IT UP. I love the fish in the show room, I never seen a fish with so much character. I loved that big guy. He made me want to come back and mess around with him again."
