"The staff were all friendly and helpful , Samantha Reis, NP was wonderful, she listens and cares to what you say .the young man who took my blood was amazing himself ! And the nurse was just as wonderful and caring and listen to what I said ! They all treated me like family , which is wonderful to me , God bless this staff for doing what God had planned for them and doing it with his love and kindness ."

"Will not return here simply because of the provider. The receptionist and nurse were kind and helpful. They got me in fast. The nurse was compassionate and made me feel comfortable. The provider finally came in and made me feel stupid for even being there. I don’t even know what her name is because she didn’t tell me. I felt terrible and had been sick over a week. Asked me no questions. She told me I didn’t have strep (which is fine) but also that my throat didn’t look that bad so it was fine. She agreed to prescribe me antibiotics for a sinus infection. She rushed out of the room probably in less than 3 minutes after coming in. I was literally trying to ask questions about my illness and supportive care as she was trying to scurry out of the room. I didn’t end up getting my questions answered because she was half in the room half out and didn’t understand my question so couldn’t answer it. Made me feel unimportant and like she did not care. Lo and behold, 3 of my kids tested positive for strep the next day, so I know I also have strep due to my symptoms. Will not return solely due to the horrible service of the provider. No one should feel that way especially when they are sick or injured."

"I appreciated the kindness and care I received here. The front desk receptionist was very polite from start to finish. The nurse and provider had a great bedside manner. My care was prompt and thorough. I hope I don’t need to, but if I do, I would definitely return to this facility."

"Easy check in ( beforehand, on line), extremely quick response and service. Facility was very clean and well maintained, and, ( this is important) seemed to be well staffed !! Everyone from the front personnel and x-Ray tech to the NP and assistants were very efficient while still courteous and friendly. I generally have good things to say about most Care Now locations, but today’s visit was exceptional !"
