"most HEB brand products are better than major name brands. good prices, clean store, way more & better produce than Kroger & I eat a lot of fruit. its too bad there ain't one close by my house . didn't like the attitude from the girl working self check . but that's one bad apple it doesn't speak down on the business just on herself"
"While I love HEB, this store has gotten so incredibly busy that it is hard to even get a parking space. As a result, even though this one is closer to our house, we end up going to the newer one located off of FM2920 and Gosling. Much easier to park and overall a better experience at this store."
"It’s clean with lots of food, pet, and household items. There's large bakery, fresh sushi, deli, meat, and seafood section departments, and friendly helpful employees. Usually enough checkout lanes open. Parking lot can be a nightmare with all the shoppers rushing in and out of the aisles, but worth the hassle."
"I am from Alabama, and we have no store like this. This place has everything you need in one place. There are employees constantly fill up the shelves. The shelves are not void of product. They have employees that discuss their products with the customers, and the employees are helpful. I loved this store."
"Everything else is fine except I did not have a good experience with the sushi spot. I came in early to get some sushi around 7:30. I asked and was told that I can’t order until 8:00 when they start making the food. This is exactly what I was told. Which that’s perfectly fine. So I waited the 30-45 min until 8:00 to place my order and then go grab some coffee creamer while waiting. They showed up at 8:00 as told they would but when I tried to place my order I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes before I could even get my order in. Now this is why I’m upset. I was told I have to wait till 8:00 correct? That was not the case. If the employees would have given me the CORRECT information I would not have waisted my time waiting the FIRST 30 MIN!! Granted I did not check to see when they were officially open which is on me but They waisted my time by giving me wrong information. So if you want early sushi I’d wait till about 9:00 am before even trying to get a order in cause who knows if they gonna say it’s gonna take another 30 min. Other than that it’s a great store in general."
