"Horrible service, unreal. I placed a mobile order through their app, and when I arrived at the window I was told to come inside because they were short staffed. (Odd, cause they were taking everyone else's orders at the window). Once inside I wait for another 10 minutes, the lady hands me cups to pour my own drinks then places stickers on the lid for me as if im a dasher? This was a pickup order through an app, I was a customer, not a dasher. Basically, any pickup order is just assumed to be a dasher, so they make you come inside so why even bother ordering online. Waste of time and bad service."

"Rice is not well cooked still have some raw rice in it and it taste far from a real fried rice. Service was bad both the ladies has attitude especially the supervisor."

"For what it is, I give this five stars. I have never incountered a bad experience with an employee at this location. All the staff have always been kind and professional. The food always tastes good and fresh. (Understand that it is not fresh Chinese food but frozen in a bag) So again for what it is, 5 stars. The location for the most part is easy to access as well as to depart. All around good place for a fast bite with great flavor!"

"We went here today for lunch (2-4-2023) around 12:10pm. We found several bugs in the food once we got home and started to eat. We live 25 minutes from the restaurant and called to ask if we could return the food the next morning with the bugs for proof for a refund because we aren’t able to make it all the way back out today. We were told no absolutely no refunds. And the manager we spoke to was rude and dismissive as well like it’s a common thing for them. It’s probably not a health hazard but I’m not an expert, it could be. But it definitely made me lose my appetite and we should be able to get a refund. Edit: we got through to corporate and they were able to get us a refund. But still this review stands as a 1 star because it’s for this Madison st location"

"I appreciate businesses and expansions. It is a very convenient location. Not a great drive thru design. Tried ordering thru their app, but it didn't work out. The family meal was listed for $5 less on the app. Ended up walking in to the restaurant. Got 2 kids meal instead. Very small portion size. Foods looked delicious, but was told the noodles were very dry and flavor less. Their sides were good. Would only go back if the girls are starving and request Panda Express."
