"Very sketchy hotel. Lots of homeless people on the property. Noisy at all times of the night. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Lots of Roaches. Overall not a good experience. Only plus was how kind the guy at check-in was"

"I wish I could give negative stars. My husband and I came to stay here for a weekend for his nephews graduation. We booked a king bed months in advance but when we arrived, they said they didn’t have one at all. We settled for 2 double beds. When we walked into the room, although the beds were made, there were stains on the sheets, cracks in the walls, socks on the floor and a bunch of roaches. They tried to give us a different room where the beds weren’t made, stains on the sheets, the window was broken (fixed with TAPE). We immediately requested a refund and they weren’t helpful at all. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ll actually probably never come back to Lubbock."

"Beds had only sheets, I asked front desk and was told they didn’t have a blanket or bed cover to give. The tv did not work. No trash cans in the room. The one upholstered chair had multiple stains, door looked like it had been kicked in. Carpet was filthy. Sink and tub had enamel porcelain paint chips. Breakfast at 6am was continental but you could tell the counters were not cleaned before placing food. Dried pancake mix was smeared on the juice machine and the orange juice was so concentrated you couldn’t drink it. The Denny’s next door was good because we had to go there for breakfast for fear of getting sick. The staff was pleasant although the assistant maid was smoking as she cleaned the rooms. Our room was none smoking but the odor was horrible. We had to buy febreeze and fly’s waters just to be able to sleep. Couldn’t sleep too much for all the noise in the hotel. Sounded like a shouting match and then a party next."

"Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. I was 2 minutes down the road at another hotel that lied to me about availability, but at least they didn't charge me. This place on the other hand, told me if I gave them my credit card info they'd reserve a room. When I drove 2 minutes to get there (literally) they told me there wasn't any availability. I have a pregnant wife and I had reservations at another hotel that also screwed me over by telling me they no longer had availability. BUT THATS NOT IT. I checked my account a few days later and saw they still charged me for a room even though I never stayed there. Called them and they said they couldn't change that unless a manager was there, and they wouldn't be there till later in the week. Absolutely horrible experience and still trying to get my money back for a stay I never partook in. Not to mention, as I'm telling the front desk about my situation, other guests (plural) were complaining to them about how the beds were staind and smelt, and they were very unhappy. Horribly managed place that clearly doesn't care for people. I hate that I even gave this place a chance."

"Checked in without ID, no phones in room to call front desk. Asked for non smoking and room was horrible smell had to Walgreens to get air freshener. I asked maid to bring new towels after I had to bring our dirty ones to her yet she never went in to bring the new ones had to go request twice the new towels before the got them to me. PICTURES OF ROOMS ARE NOT AT ALL THE SAME. And to top it off there was a roach in my bed when I woke up scared me, along no blankets only one sheet. Never ever will I go back nor recommend this place"
