"Great easy walk with nice views of creek and ponds. Mud if wet so bring extra shoes."
"Such a cute and fun, hiking trail! Only four stars because there’s one part of the trail that’s poorly marked, and I ended up mucking through wetlands. Otherwise, the rest of the trail was dry, and the most fun me and my Bella have had! (Is my dog)super easy, super quiet, absolutely the best!"
"Great bike or hiking trails, that aren't super crowded, like a lot of other nearby places. Really pretty this time of year, but best to avoid it after heavy rains due to excessive mud. This is also basically the other side of the water from Green Belt Park off 380. The only difference is that park costs 7 dollars a person and isn't nearly as beautiful. This place is totally free. There is also a small museum onsite but I am not sure what it is as it was closed when we were there."
"Found this heavenly trail near to denton. As we have soaring hot temperatures, it's perfect during mid day as well with mostly tree shade upto 90 % of trail. It's easy and calm with birds, wild flowers, spotted deer and would come back again to this. Free parking , clear directions marked and easy to complete the loop of 3 miles."
"Clear Creek is a great nature preserve and hiking trail. Went for a trail run and enjoyed every bit of trail. It's on a loop that's a little over 3 miles around. The pond area is great for bird watching and relaxing away from the hustle of town. Trailhead is easily accessible with plenty of parking. Signage is easy to follow and there's a great map at the trail head to familiarize yourself with before heading out. Great little place to go!"
